John R. Erickson is our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and a member of our Board of Directors, and Executive Vice President and Treasurer of our Manager and of its parent company, American Capital Mortgage Management, LLC. Mr. Erickson is also the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Capital Agency Corp. (NASDAQ: AGNC) and the Executive Vice President and Treasurer of its manager, American Capital AGNC Management, LLC. In addition, he is the Executive Vice President and Treasurer of American Capital Asset Management, LLC (f/k/a American Capital, LLC), the asset fund management portfolio company of American Capital, Ltd. (NASDAQ: ACAS). Mr. Erickson has also served as President, Structured Finance of American Capital, Ltd. since 2008 and as its Chief Financial Officer since 1998. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Erickson was the Chief Financial Officer of Storage USA, Inc., a REIT formerly traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: SUS).
